It All Goes
Back to the Basics
Every great designer has richly artistic roots. The fundamentals of contrast, balance, form, structure, proportion, lighting, color, and attention to detail all start with knowing how to make use of pencils and paint. A great designer once said "The computer and the pencil are both tools for applying the same principles. If you can't master the principles with one tool, you won't do well with the other."
